Responsibilities:
🚐 This company does not service chassis or powertrain systems. We specialize in RV systems.
Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to perform service. The primary operating area includes Sussex, Warren, Morris, and Passaic Counties, with occasional travel beyond these areas.
Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on RV coach systems.
Repair and maintain RV systems and components, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and exterior.
Install and replace parts as needed.
Conduct regular inspections and video inspections to ensure RVs are in proper working condition.
Engage with customers to provide excellent service, explain repairs, and answer questions.
Coordinate with parts and sales advisors to ensure efficient service.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory used.
Skills & Qualifications:
🔧 Strong mechanical repair skills, with a focus on RV systems.
⚡ Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
🚰 Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in RVs.
💪 Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
🛠️ Proficiency in using power tools and repair equipment.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
✅ Ability to follow NFPA 1192 guidelines and exercise safe work practices.
Compensation & Benefits:
💰 Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (with performance incentives)
