Responsibilities:

🚐 This company does not service chassis or powertrain systems. We specialize in RV systems.

• Drive a company vehicle to customer locations to perform service. The primary operating area includes Sussex, Warren, Morris, and Passaic Counties, with occasional travel beyond these areas.

• Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshooting on RV coach systems.

• Repair and maintain RV systems and components, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and exterior.

• Install and replace parts as needed.

• Conduct regular inspections and video inspections to ensure RVs are in proper working condition.

• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, explain repairs, and answer questions.

• Coordinate with parts and sales advisors to ensure efficient service.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts inventory used.

Skills & Qualifications:

🔧 Strong mechanical repair skills, with a focus on RV systems.
⚡ Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
🚰 Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems in RVs.
💪 Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
🛠️ Proficiency in using power tools and repair equipment.
🗣️ Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
✅ Ability to follow NFPA 1192 guidelines and exercise safe work practices.

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour (with performance incentives)

Schedule:

🗓 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week expected)
